1. Who this policy covers

AITIKTOK.io (“AITIKTOK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted production services, including user-directed image and video generation, custom videos, content, bots, and one-on-one coaching. This policy applies to information handled through the AITIKTOK.io website and related customer services.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the service, we may receive:

• your email address and optional name when you place an order or contact support;
• your creative brief, image or video prompt, negative prompt, reference images, reference videos, frames, likenesses, coaching goals, and other material you choose to upload or include in a request;
• account identity details provided by our authentication service provider when you create an account or sign in, such as your email address, name, and account identifier;
• payment and order details, such as package, amount, payment method, order status, and delivery information; and
• Solana wallet addresses and transaction signatures when you choose to pay with Solana;
• AiTiktok Studio activity, such as your image and video prompts, selected settings, generation status, credit balance and ledger activity, generated-output metadata, and the images or videos produced for your account; and
• Creator Rewards information, such as a submitted TikTok URL, review status, reward status, and related moderation notes.

3. Google sign-in and accounts

Account creation and sign-in are handled by our authentication service provider. If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google authenticates you and our authentication service provider gives AITIKTOK.io the account information needed to create or access your account. AITIKTOK.io does not receive your Google password. You can also use the available email sign-in option.

Your account lets you view orders linked to your account and access delivered videos. Guest orders can also be linked to an account when the verified account email matches the order email.

4. How we use information

• to process your prompts and uploads, provide requested image or video generations, and operate the production, coaching, account, and delivery services you request;
• to process and verify payments, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment records, and maintain order history;
• to send order confirmations, status updates, delivery notices, coaching scheduling information, support replies, and limited account-onboarding emails that help new customers get started;
• to respond to questions and connect a support request with the relevant order;
• to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• to keep limited operational and analytics records, such as page views and site events, to understand how the storefront is used.

5. Payments and service providers

Card payments are completed through Stripe Checkout. AITIKTOK.io does not ask for or store your full card number in the website application. Stripe provides payment processing and sends the application the payment result and checkout details needed to record an order.

Depending on the feature you use, information is handled by service providers that help us operate AITIKTOK.io, including an authentication service provider for account access, Google for Google sign-in, Stripe for card payments, OpenAI and private AI-rendering infrastructure for AiTiktok Studio generation processing, Resend for transactional email, and private cloud storage for customer files. AiTiktok Studio sends the prompt, uploaded reference material, and required generation parameters to the applicable AI provider or rendering infrastructure so it can create the requested image or video. Solana payments are recorded on the public Solana network, where wallet addresses and transaction details may be visible publicly.

6. User-directed AI generations, privacy, and delivered content

AiTiktok Studio uses automated AI processing to turn user-submitted prompts and optional uploads into images or videos. Prompts, uploads, outputs, generation status, selected settings, credit usage, and related metadata may be associated with the authenticated account and stored so the customer can track, preview, and download the result. Customer files are made available through authenticated account access or a protected route.

Prompts, uploads, and generated outputs are user-directed content. Their operational association with an AITIKTOK.io account does not mean that AITIKTOK.io authored, approved, endorsed, sponsored, or adopted them, and they do not represent our views or policies. We process and store this content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and administer the service, enforce these terms, resolve disputes, comply with law, and exercise the limited promotional rights described in the Terms of Service.

Please do not include sensitive information in a prompt, reference upload, creative brief, or support message unless it is necessary for the requested service. Do not submit another person’s personal data, likeness, voice, trademarks, copyrighted material, confidential information, or other protected material unless you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority needed for the requested processing and use.

We use the email address attached to an order or account to send necessary service communications, such as confirmation, generation-status, delivery, account, and support messages. If you later publish, share, distribute, or commercialize a generated image or video, that activity is your decision and responsibility; this policy does not make AITIKTOK.io a sponsor or publisher of your downstream use.

7. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The storefront may use browser storage and a limited visitor identifier to remember basic session preferences and associate page-view or interaction events with a visit. We also use Google Ads measurement technology, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure campaigns and understand visits to our public pages. These records help us understand storefront activity and do not replace your signed-in account or payment records.

8. AI processing and automated decisions

AiTiktok Studio and its providers may apply automated processing and safety checks to prompts, uploads, and generated images or videos. A request may be delayed, refused, removed, or marked as failed when a provider or our safety controls determine that it cannot be completed. These controls are used to operate the service and enforce content rules; they are not a guarantee that every prompt or output is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, safe, or acceptable.

Internal credits are usage records for AiTiktok Studio, not money or a separate payment account. We keep credit and generation records to prevent duplicate use, reconcile purchases, restore credits after a terminal generation failure, investigate abuse, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

9. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information is associated with your customer activity, request correction of inaccurate information, ask about deletion where we are not required to keep a record, or opt out of the use of an anonymized delivered example for promotion. Some information may need to be retained to complete a transaction, respond to a dispute, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation.

10. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
