Terms of Service

1. The service

AITIKTOK.io (“AITIKTOK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted production services, including AiTiktok Studio for user-directed AI-generated images and videos, custom videos, content, bots, one-on-one coaching, and Creator Rewards. By using the site, creating an account, submitting a generation request or upload, buying credits, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

You may browse and place a custom-production order as a guest, but an authenticated account is required to submit and access AiTiktok Studio image or video generations. Accounts are provided through our authentication service provider using email sign-in or Google sign-in. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through it. You may not impersonate another person or use an account without authorization.

3. AiTiktok Studio, image and video generations, Previous Studio, and credits

The current AiTiktok Studio offers unlimited videos for $39 per month, with annual billing available at 10% savings, plus a separate credit workflow starting from 100 credits. The active price and offer shown by the server at checkout control the purchase. Previous Studio is a separate historical credit workflow; existing Previous Studio wallets and offers do not become new Studio subscription access. Where available, a first-generation promotion may offer a 12-second Previous Studio video for 9 credits at $10.

Image generation may be offered without a separate generation charge, but it still requires an account and remains subject to these terms, provider limits, safety controls, fair-use controls, technical availability, and any limits shown in AiTiktok Studio. A free feature does not create a guarantee of availability, storage duration, fitness, legality, or a particular result.

For Previous Studio, one credit represents one available video second. Credits are usage units, not money, are not interest-bearing, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits are deducted when a valid generation request is accepted into the generation queue.

AI generation can be delayed, refused, or fail because of provider safety controls, technical issues, export processing, storage, or other service conditions. When a generation reaches a terminal failed or refused state after the applicable retry and recovery process, AITIKTOK automatically restores the credits spent on that generation once through the internal credit ledger. This restoration is a credit adjustment only; it is not an automatic Stripe cash refund, Solana reversal, or refund of the underlying credit-pack purchase.

4. Orders, prompts, and delivery

You are responsible for reviewing the selected package, email address, payment amount, and creative brief before submitting an order. We use the submitted brief to provide the requested custom production. Confirmed custom-production orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours, but this is an estimate and can vary with demand, complexity, revisions, technical issues, or the information provided by the customer. AiTiktok Studio generations follow the status and timing shown in the Studio workspace.

Completed productions are delivered through the customer account or to the email address associated with the order. One-on-one coaching scheduling information is sent after payment confirmation.

5. Pricing and payment

The price shown at checkout for the selected package controls the order. Card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Solana payments are sent to the wallet shown during checkout and are verified against the applicable order amount. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the network.

Do not submit another person’s card, wallet, or account without authorization. We may pause, reject, or cancel an order when payment information cannot be verified or an order appears fraudulent.

6. Refunds, credit restoration, and cancellations

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of digital productions and credit packs are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash refunds solely because a customer changes their mind. Unused credits have no cash value. If a paid AiTiktok Studio generation reaches a terminal failed or refused state, the credits spent on that generation are restored automatically as described above; this internal credit restoration does not itself refund the Stripe payment or reverse a confirmed Solana transaction.

Contact support promptly if you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed in error. We may review a cash-refund request separately when required by applicable law, a payment-network rule, or a verified billing error. This does not change the irreversibility of a confirmed Solana transaction.

7. User content, generated outputs, rights, and responsibility

“User Content” means every prompt, negative prompt, instruction, creative brief, image, video, frame, audio, likeness, trademark, source file, reference, or other material you submit. “Output” means any image, video, text, metadata, or other result generated or delivered in response. You retain any rights you already hold in User Content. Subject to provider terms and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your Output.

You grant AITIKTOK.io and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify for technical purposes, process, store, and display User Content and Outputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service, enforce these terms, comply with law, and exercise any promotional permission described below. This operational license does not make us the author or owner of your User Content or Output.

User Content and Outputs are user-directed content. They are not authored, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or adopted by AITIKTOK.io and do not represent our views, statements, policies, or affiliations merely because they were generated, stored, previewed, or downloaded through the service. You may not state or imply that an Output is official AITIKTOK.io content or that AITIKTOK.io endorses you, the Output, its subject, or its use unless we provide express written permission.

You are solely responsible for selecting and submitting User Content and for reviewing, editing, publishing, sharing, distributing, displaying, marketing, selling, or otherwise using any Output. Before any use, you must independently determine that the User Content and Output are lawful, accurate where accuracy matters, appropriate for the intended audience, and do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, consumer-protection, advertising, platform, or other rights or rules.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and lawful authority required for AITIKTOK.io and its providers to process your User Content and for your intended use of the Output, including consent for any person’s face, voice, likeness, personal data, or private material. You must not rely on the service to determine whether those rights or permissions exist.

AI systems may produce content that resembles existing people, works, brands, styles, facts, or protected material, even when not requested. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, free of third-party claims, or eligible for copyright, trademark, advertising, or other protection. You must perform appropriate human, legal, and factual review before using an Output.

We may use an anonymized delivered example for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to by contacting support. Where an example could identify you or another person, we may request additional permission or remove it after a substantiated request, subject to applicable law and material already lawfully distributed.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use AITIKTOK.io to request, create, upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual content involving minors; unauthorized impersonations or deceptive deepfakes; content intended to harass, threaten, manipulate, defraud, or harm another person; or content that violates another service’s rules. We may refuse, suspend, remove, or cancel a request or account that reasonably presents these risks.

Safety review, moderation, refusal, or removal does not transfer responsibility for User Content or Outputs to AITIKTOK.io and does not guarantee that every violation will be detected. We may preserve or disclose relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to a rights complaint, protect users or the public, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

9. AI-assisted results, no endorsement, and availability

AI-assisted results are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. They require human review and are not a guarantee of uniqueness, legality, factual accuracy, safety, quality, virality, engagement, revenue, or any business outcome. Providing generation tools, account storage, preview, or download access does not mean that AITIKTOK.io reviewed, approved, published, or endorsed the User Content or Output.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, successful generation, compatibility with another platform, or that moderation and safety systems will identify every prohibited request or Output. We may change, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue a feature or Output to maintain the service, enforce these terms, address legal or safety concerns, or respond to a provider decision.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITIKTOK.io and its owners, affiliates, contractors, providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data; third-party platform action; or claims arising from a user’s User Content, Output, missing permission, publication, distribution, commercialization, representation, or other downstream use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, an account, a generation, or an order will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AITIKTOK.io for the affected service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and they do not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Indemnity and third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and defend AITIKTOK.io and its owners, affiliates, contractors, providers, and personnel against third-party claims, damages, judgments, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from your User Content, your Output or downstream use of it, your breach of these terms, your violation of another person’s rights, or your unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized conduct. We will provide reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation. You may control the defense with qualified counsel, but you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by, imposes obligations on, or requires payment from an indemnified party without that party’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

If you believe User Content or an Output violates your rights, contact eleziortv@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the material and explain the claimed right. We may investigate, restrict access, preserve records, request more information, or remove material as appropriate, but receiving a complaint does not mean that AITIKTOK.io created, endorsed, or accepts responsibility for the material.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, including when we add or change AI providers, credit packs, generation limits, or Creator Rewards rules.
